Bonsai Seika: Art of Time by Aykut Erşen

As part of Bonsai Seika — Art of Time at Root Karaköy, bonsai artist and Bonsai Seika founder Aykut Erşen invites participants into the contemplative world of this centuries-old living art. Through a three-hour hands-on workshop, participants will explore the foundations of bonsai, from repotting and root work to essential care and shaping techniques, while working directly with their own tree. All materials are provided, and each participant will take home the bonsai they have worked on—a living work that will continue to grow and transform over time.
