Cancellation and Refund Policy
CANCELLATION TERMS
1.1. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you may request a refund by notifying us within the cancellation deadline specified at the time of booking (generally up to 24 hours prior to the check-in date).
1.2. For cancellations made after the applicable cancellation deadline, the accommodation fee for the first night will be charged.
1.3. In the event of cancellations made on the check-in date, the total reservation amount will be charged.
1.4. No refunds will be provided in the event of early departure.
REFUND TERMS
2.1. No refund will be issued if you decide to leave during your stay for any reason.
2.2. However, in accordance with the refund conditions specified at the time of booking, if you cancel your reservation within the stated cancellation period (generally up to 24 hours prior to check-in), a certain percentage of the accommodation fee paid may be refunded.
2.3. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after the check-in date.
2.4. Refund policies for special promotional offers provided by the Hotel may differ. The applicable conditions will be stated on the relevant campaign or promotional page.

3.2. Cancellation and refund requests may be submitted through the communication channel used to make the reservation or via the official website of Root Karaköy Hotel.
3.3. All cancellation and refund requests are subject to approval by the authorized personnel of Root Karaköy Hotel.
